Justin Clyne was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1996 before gaining admission as a Barrister in 1998.

He has a total of 15 year's experience in the legal profession acting for a number of the country’s largest corporations, initially in the areas of corporate and construction law before developing an interest in mining investment and research.

Since 2006 Justin has dedicated himself full-time to the mining and resources sector. Justin is a director, secretary and/or general counsel of a number of public listed and unlisted companies. He has significant experience and knowledge of the Corporations Act, the ASX listing rules and corporate regulatory requirements generally.

Justin holds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of New South Wales and is also a qualified Chartered Company Secretary.

Ross Pearson is a Fellow of CPA Australia with over 30 years of corporate, finance, management and accounting experience specialising in mining, media, technology, communications, professional services, distribution and services. His mining sector experience has been gained with Metminco Ltd, Hampton Mining, Nimrod Metals and Renison Goldfields.

Ross has several years experience as CFO and Company Secretary of ASX listed companies and has prepared and advised on all forms of market disclosure required by the ASX and the Corporations Act including prospectuses, explanatory memoranda, continuous disclosure, annual reports, financial reporting and performance and transaction reporting. Ross has authored several technical papers on complex accounting issues.

Ross has served in board positions with an ASX listed company in addition to a number of unlisted public companies, and co-chaired the Federal Government’s Producer Tax Offset Committee. He has been the executive representative on Audit Committees, Remuneration Committees, Due Diligence Committees and other Board sub-committees.
