David Clark is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Agent of over fifteen (15) years standing and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW and a Master of Business of Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

His early career was in the audit division of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., Chartered Accountants and during this time pursued an active rowing career as a member of Australian and NSW rowing teams.

David worked for several years in the insolvency division of Duesburys, Chartered Accountants and since then has held positions as Financial Controller for the Professionals Real Estate Group of companies in the real estate and franchise services industry, a Director and Chairman of the Trustee of a multi-employer superannuation fund and Finance Director and Manager of a public company developing an advanced method for the treatment and disposal of industrial waste.

Prior to joining Intec in 2008, David was in public practice as principal of D.W. Clark & Co., Chartered Accountant, an innovative, results-driven chartered accounting practice, providing tax agent services and advice to a diverse range of public and private companies in the real estate, professional services and primary industries.
