He later specialised in company secretarial practice, corporate advising and fundraising, with a particular focus on ASX listing and compliance issues. Heath has subsequently acted as company secretary to a range of listed and unlisted public as well as private companies.

Heath formerly consulted extensively to Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, a company that provides secretarial and corporate advisory services to a wide range of clients.

Heath is a Non Executive Director of Spencer Hamilton Limited and Managing Director of Western Plains Resources Ltd.
