CORPORATE ADVISORY SERVICES

SHF assists clients with the ASX and ASIC requirements of placements, IPOs, pre-IPOs, seed capital and Share Purchase Plans.  

This work may involve advice on an IPO or management of the whole IPO process.  Oakhill and SHF have been involved in the IPO work with most of its clients.

INVESTMENT

SHF’s wide industry contacts and nature of activities enable it to identify investment opportunities at an early stage of development and to invest on a preferential basis. Investments will often, though not always, be in client and related companies about which SHF has reasonable familiarity with both the nature of the business and the people involved. SHF maintains a portfolio with investments drawn from such opportunities.

This is the Spencer Portfolio.

On 30 April 2009, SHF merged with Finsbury Hamilton Investments Pty Ltd (FHI).

FHI has operated an investment portfolio since 2004 which generally focussed on blue chip stocks listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Finsbury Portfolio is regularly reviewed and managed by the Finsbury Investment Group.

Christian Visnovsky and Robert Waring, both directors of SHF, are founding directors of FHI.

To enable further development of investment opportunities, SHF is raising capital with the issue of a Prospectus. Depending upon the success of the Prospectus, Directors may at some subsequent time decide to list SHF on the NSX and perhaps eventually on the ASX.

OAKHILL HAMILTON PTY LTD

COMPANY SECRETARIAL SERVICES

Oakhil Hamilton Pty Ltd (OAK) is a company which provides specialised Company Secretarial Services. Although focussing on resource companies, it is also contracted to companies outside of that sector.

OAK is a Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) to the National Stock Exchange (NSX) and has assisted with the listing of Klondike Source Limited and Vietnam Emerging Capital Limited.

OAK is 20% owned by SHF.

Hamilton Group
